Massive use of PV from 2020 in France

The massive recourse to photovoltaics will be the consequence of the expected upheaval of the future thermal regulations.

According to the Administration, the future thermal and environmental regulations would come into force in 2020. It would include an article of the Elan Law currently under discussion in Parliament: new buildings.
