Auction record again reached in India

Following a call for tenders in India for 2 GW twice oversubscribed (cf 2 GW twice oversubscribed in India), the Indian ACME obtains

600 MW to be built at a price of 2.44 rupees ($0.0355). This is the record price already reached in May 2017 when the 500 MW Bhadla Phase III solar farm was put out to tender.
