Sunpower acquires Solarworld Americas

Sunpower acquires Solarworld Americas for an undisclosed amount. Sunpower wants to

extend the activity of its new acquisition to the production in the United States of the P series panels in order to capture the strong American demand. With Suniva now in liquidation and Solarworld bought out, no one will be able to challenge imports at dumped prices.
