ACWA Power and Marubeni preselected in Saudi Arabia

ACWA Power (with a bid at $0.02341/kWh) and Marubeni (with a bid at $0.0266/kWh) were shortlisted to build

the 300 MW Sakaka project in Saudi Arabia.

It will be the first power plant in Saudi Arabia out of the 60 or so that the Saudi Energy Ministry wants to have built over the next seven years.
