Second call for tenders in Poland

Poland, which has only 0.2 GW of solar power installed, has launched its second auction. The prices offered ranged between

195 PLN ($0.0526)/kWh and 399 PLN ($0.107)/kWh. Solar energy is expected to obtain the largest share of the 472 projects selected. The decrease in prices is significant compared to the 1st auction, where the proposed prices ranged from $0.068/kWh to $0.11/kWh.
