The Chinese HT-SAAE wants to set up a factory in Turkey to keep up with the increase in demand worldwide

The Chinese manufacturer of photovoltaic panels, HT-SAAE, wants to diversify its buyers. To do this, it plans to create a new production unit in Turkey which would supply 300 MW of cells and 500 MW of panels. Such a factory would enable it to

to sell in Europe and the United States.
The company does not believe that the current overproduction will last long. This is a consequence of the Chinese government's policy, and the lower demand from the US and Japan. This overproduction will disappear as demand picks up in the coming months.
However, there is a profound shift in demand towards panels with high conversion rates. Companies that do not make the necessary equipment and R&D adaptations will find it increasingly difficult to do so. The company's conviction is that the global demand is enormous and growing.
