US customs measures condemned by the World Trade Organisation
At the World Trade Organisation, China had complained about the customs measures imposed by the Americans on Chinese panels in 2013. China has just won its case, according to Reuters.
The US can appeal the decision within two months. According to EnergyTrend, this decision will have no effect in the short term, because removing or lowering customs barriers once they are in place takes time.

Editor's note The WTO ruling comes a bit late because now the US tariffs are useless! The United States has forced Chinese producers to spread their production units in South-East Asia: the panels of Chinese companies are no longer produced in China!
