Promises only bind those who listen to them!

The Minister of Ecology indicated on her twitter account and then officially that France was going to launch a series of calls for tenders for 1.35 GW on rooftops over the next three years for each 450 MW annual output, which should be added to the 3 GW of solar power stations that have been announced.

According to the CEO of kiloWattsol, the limit of the installed capacity would be 250 kW and the remuneration would be double: the price agreed at the time of the tender and the average market price of the energy at the time of generation.
A connected capacity of 570 MW was recorded during the first half of the year, bringing the total installed capacity to 6.7 GW.

Editor's note At the time of her departure (she will have to leave her post at the time of the presidential election next May), Ségolène Royal is multiplying the announcements that please professionals. Only, these promises do not commit her.
While she was in government, one can really wonder why she hadn't discovered that residential and even commercial solar roofs had been forgotten! This can only confirm our opinion of a fortnight ago that she was making a fine political move. This does not make her look good! I can't wait for her to leave before she tries to occupy the media scene again!
