Neo Solar wants to become more and more a producer of panels

Taiwan's Neo Solar Power will install a 400 MWp panel production capacity in Vietnam. It will form a joint venture with Vina Solar, which already has a production capacity of 3 GW as a subcontractor for Chinese and Taiwanese clients seeking to avoid US customs duties.
Neo Solar has a panel production capacity of 300 MWp in Taiwan and 200 MWp in China. Most of the Taiwanese production will be transferred to Vietnam. The company wants to increase its overall panel production capacity to more than 900 MWp in 2016.
