PV statistics for France at the end of 2022
With the installation of 2,385 MW in France in 2022 (compared with 2,835 MW in 2021), France will have 16,333 MW at the end of 2022.
including 15.9 GW in mainland France, according to statistics from the French Ministry of Sustainable Development.
Photovoltaic solar power generated 19.1 TWh of electricity in 2022, 30% more than in 2021. This represents 4.2% of French electricity consumption for the year. (compared with 3.1% in 2021).
