The winners of the 1st tranche of the technology-neutral call for tenders (wind, hydro & solar)
34 projects were rewarded, including 19 wind power projects and
15 photovoltaic projects, with a total capacity of 501 MW and an average tariff of €76.89/MWh. These new projects must be built within the next 30 months for photovoltaic projects and within the next 36 months for wind projects (except in the event of disputes over authorisations leading to an extension).
- 3 players won more than 66% of the total volume: Neoen, EDF & QEnergy
- 2 regions (Nouvelle Aquitaine and Bourgogne-Franche-Comté) accounted for 48% of the volume (with 14 projects). More specifically, New Aquitaine will host 118 MW of capacity, including 100.8 MW of wind power.
- The breakdown of the volume allocated is 64% for wind power and 36% for photovoltaic power. It should be noted that no hydro projects have been selected.
