The Renewable Energy Attractiveness Index

The latest Renewable Energy Attractiveness Index (RECAI 60) compiled by EY placed the country in first place

in the US as a result of the Inflation Reduction Act. China remains in second place, having deployed a record 156 GW of wind and solar capacity so far this year and continuing to dominate the global renewable energy manufacturing market.

EY ranked Germany and the UK third and fourth. India remained in seventh place and the Netherlands entered the top 10 with a target of 70 GW of offshore wind by 2050.

Editor's note: One wonders what this EY firm wants to prove or announce with such a ranking! Of course, the US law is a major factor in modifying the industry and the implementation of photovoltaics across the Atlantic. Of course, China is focusing on its panel production and the establishment of solar power plants. Germany, of course, has no choice but to quadruple its solar installations to counterbalance the scarcity of Russian gas.

This "ranking" simply repeats what is already known!
