Maxeon's managing director has been pushed out
Maxeon's managing director was pushed out on 15 September 2022 after four years at the helm of the company.
He had organised the company's demerger with SunPower and recently wanted Maxeon to move from being just a panel manufacturer to a more global clean energy provider. In May, he launched an integrated home energy solution, SunPower One, designed to proactively advise homeowners on how to optimise their energy consumption.

Editor's note: For Maxeon's CEO to be fired and sacked in less than a week indicates that something serious has happened to his management. Indeed, there is only a temporary replacement. He could have been kept on for several weeks while a replacement was found.
