At the Union Française de l'Energie (UFE) conference, the Chairman of the Commission de Régulation de l'Energie (French Energy Regulatory Commission) admitted: "As far as renewable energies are concerned, I don't think we're saying enough, or loud enough, that we're lagging far, far behind.
