Array satisfied with acquisition of STI Norland
The American tracker manufacturer Array is pleased with the pending acquisition of the Spanish company STI Norland. Together they form the world's largest tracking company. So
that Array is 90% in the US, STI Norland is 95% outside America, which broadens the group's area of operation. The two companies supply a very different customer base. Together they improve the quality of their joint supply chain as STI has a large presence in Brazil, manufactures its products there to suit the local market and often meets requests for local content in the finished product.
