Trina says her panels are the best
Trina Solar reports that in its summer measurements in three different locations in China, its Vertex mono-facial panels using 210mm cells achieved
1.2% more than other panels with 182 mm cells. The bifacial panels achieved 1.3% more.
According to Trina, the difference with the other panels is due to the low irradiation (200 watts per m²). Further studies will be conducted to determine the role of layout and components in understanding the reasons for the different operating temperatures

Editor's note It is understandable that manufacturers insist that their panels offer the highest efficiency. But it is incomprehensible that renowned institutes cannot carry out a comparative study unifying the different parameters, leaving only the effect of the cell format in play. But even then there should be different cell engraving qualities that will bias the result... So we are reduced to presenting that one is better than the other and vice versa
