GMPV-SMABTP partnership
The Groupement des Métiers du Photovoltaïque de la Fédération Française du Bâtiment (GMPV-FFB) signs a partnership with the insurer SMABTP.
The aim is to inform the union's installers about the technical risks of their trade, and the precautions to be taken. They will be assisted in taking out their insurance policy.
It should be remembered that in September 2018, insurance companies no longer wanted to install panels because the cost of claims was too high in the past (see "The cost of the panels"). PV is expensive for insurers, hence the desire for consultation.)
