SER makes proposals for export
The Syndicat des Energies Renouvelables makes thirty proposals to adapt financing and export guarantees to the needs of renewable energy professionals. It is not possible to summarise them here. They revolve around :
- Guarantee and financing products that are insufficiently known, or even uncorrelated to needs
- An offer to be differentiated according to the typology of actors
- Funding to be directed towards feasibility studies and project development
- Creation of a BpiFrance - Proparco - DG Treasury one-stop shop
- Concessional loan and direct loan proposed by the Treasury Department: a differentiating financing, but unsuitable for the RE sector
- FASEP (Fonds d'études et d'aide au secteur privé): transforming the trial
