Solar thermal energy for district heating is on the rise

Solar thermal energy for district heating is on the increase worldwide. In Denmark, this market has grown by around 170% in 2019. It is also growing in other countries such as China and Germany, mainly due to its improved cost competitiveness. Market growth has also been driven by increased demand for industrial and agricultural applications.
