New 5 GW plant for Seraphim and Lu'An Solar
Already jointly operating a panel production unit using half-cells and two-sided panels, the Chinese companies Seraphim and Lu'An Solar want to build a new solar power plant.
jointly another 5 GW plant in Jiangsu Province (China). They will invest $565 million.
