Further improvement of the efficiency of Jolywood TOPCon cells in production
The Chinese manufacturer Jolywood claims that cells in production with TOPCon N-type technology are reaching
23.5% efficiency. This 0.3% improvement in mass production efficiency has not been verified by a third party.
The bifacial cell was produced on a G1 size wafer (158.75 mm). The 0.3% increase in cell efficiency would result in a 3-5 W output increase at the panel level.
