Other perovskite production technique

Scientists from Peking University (China) have used a technique of pre-nucleation of perovskite films for photovoltaic applications in ambient atmosphere.

In the traditional solvent dripping method, the uncontrolled growth of crystallites affects the efficiency and durability of the cells. This new approach allows for the creation of smaller crystallites in perovskite films, and therefore a better distribution. They have managed to produce solar cells with an efficiency of 19.5%.
