A growing number of stakeholders consider that PV installations in the UK may be without subsidy

The UK Bluefield Solar Income Fund (BSIF), a leading UK solar investor, has welcomed the advent of solar energy on a large scale and without subsidy in the UK.

Last week, it concluded a limited number of agreements to acquire solar projects with its developer and contractor partners.

Gradually, the players are finding that building projects in the UK without subsidies is profitable. The energy will be sold on the free market.
