Eiffage Concessions, part of the Eiffage group, is in exclusive negotiations to acquire more than 80% of the Sun'R group, with the balance of the capital being retained by the founder Antoine Nogier and the management team. The Eiffage group would buy the existing shares and subscribe to a capital increase.
Sun'R builds and operates around 100 megawatt-peak. It has a portfolio of 300 MWp under development. It is developing agrivoltaic activities and in 2022 will distribute green electricity through Volterres to 10,000 professional sites, corresponding to a volume of 600 GWh.
The acquisition is expected to be completed in the second half of 2022, subject to the usual regulatory conditions precedent.
