25 MW installed in eight months in Flanders
Flanders (in Belgium) installed 25 MW in the first eight months of 2015 according to the VREG, compared to 15 MW installed a year ago. This brings the installed capacity at the end of August to 2.19 GW.

Israel : nouveau système de facturation nette
Le gouvernement israélien a l'intention de rendre plus facile l'installation d'un système photovoltaïque résidentiel avec la facturation nette. Le gouvernement examine les blocages à l'installation d'un système photovoltaïque sur le toit malgré l'introduction d'un système de facturation nette pour le PV il y a deux ans. Un nouveau système de facturation nette entrera en vigueur prochainement.

Self-consumption tax in Spain
In June, the Spanish government announced the creation of a tax of $10 per kilowatt installed on solar systems with storage, with the aim of limiting self-consumption. This project has prompted a reaction from Endesa, the largest electricity company, which believes that the fall in the price of solar systems and batteries is creating a new market for solar energy.
