Tesla and BMW to set up a factory in China
Following the relaxation of China's restrictive ownership rules for foreign vehicle manufacturing plants, BMW and Tesla have entered into agreements with the Chinese government to allow foreign vehicle manufacturers to sell their vehicles in China.
