Sales of new energy vehicles in China

In 2017, China produced 794,000 new energy vehicles and 777,000 were sold.

In the first five months of 2018,

328,000 new energy vehicles were sold (+142% over last year), including 250,000 electric vehicles (+125%). The Chinese association estimates that 1 million new energy vehicles will be sold over the whole year.
