Nawa Technologies' batteries can be charged and discharged in a matter of seconds
The French company Nawa Technologies, which specialises in ultra-fast carbon batteries, wants to move to the production phase. To do so, it needs
10 million.
This technology stems from CEA's work on super-condensers. Nawa's batteries use carbon nanotube electrodes. Ultra-fast, they can be charged and discharged in a few seconds. According to the company, they are capable of undergoing more than a million charge and discharge cycles without loss of performance.
