Germany, in turn, is turning its back on the objectives it announced at COP21.

Germany would have to install 15 GW of new renewable energy per year to reach the target it set itself at the climate conference last December, according to the German University of Applied Sciences HTW. The current annual targets (since then revised downwards) are for 2.5 GW of solar and 2.8 GW of wind power

Editor's note The major declarations of COP21 last December are beginning to be "forgotten" in the face of the reality of the facts. Saudi Arabia has already reversed its assertions. It is now Germany, not to mention all the countries that say nothing, but have turned their backs on the promises?
