Fraunhofer ISE and Heckert Solar have developed a 400 W residential solar panel
Fraunhofer ISE and Heckert Solar have developed a 400 W residential solar panel with half M12 cells and an efficiency of 20.5%. This production
is produced on a new production line that has been in operation since the beginning of this year. To minimise theCO2 footprint, the research team has developed green energy supply chains. The German Ministry financed the development of the new product.
This year, Heckert Solar expanded its annual module production to 400 MW by building an additional factory in Germany.
