Norway's Statkraft acquires Spain's Enerfin

Norway's Statkraft has acquired Spanish renewable energy developer Enerfin for an estimated sum of

1.8 billion. Enerfin has a portfolio of 1.5 GW of solar, wind and energy storage projects, both operational and under construction, as well as a development pipeline.

This acquisition strengthens Statkraft's position as Europe's largest producer of renewable energy and places the company among the top ten wind power producers in Spain.
