TotalEnergies acquires the entire share capital of Total Eren

TotalEnergies has increased its stake in Total Eren from 30% to 100%. The latter has

3.5 GW of renewable capacity in operation worldwide, and a project pipeline of 10 GW, including solar, wind, hydro and energy storage projects in 30 countries, of which 1.2 GW are under construction or in advanced development.

TotalEnergies has also acquired a 50% stake in the Turkish contracting and investment company Rönesans Enerji.
