LONGi - Invenergy agreement for a panel plant in the US

US renewable energy developer Invenergy has teamed up with solar panel manufacturer LONGi to build an assembly plant for

5 GW in Ohio. Invenergy will invest over $600 million in the plant (Editor's note: there is no mention of what LONGi will invest). Commercial operation is expected to begin in late 2023.

Editor's note: Is this a way of saying that LONGi is also taking the step of setting up an industrial plant in the United States? Or is it the industrial and technical advice that the Chinese company is providing?
