The French parliament has definitively adopted the Renewable Energy Acceleration Act

The French parliament has definitively adopted the Renewable Energy Acceleration Act.

The bill has four main strands:

work with local elected representatives to plan the deployment of renewable energies in local areas

simplify authorisation procedures for renewable energy projects

mobilise areas that have already been developed for the development of renewable energies

share the value of renewable energy projects with the host regions
