Denmark, Sweden and Finland have potential for solar development
According to Rystad Energy, Denmark, Sweden and Finland currently have 4 GW of installed solar capacity. They could install
12.8 GW by 2030, with Denmark developing 9 GW, Sweden 3 GW and Finland 0.8 GW.
The Nordic countries currently generate over 90% of their electricity (including nuclear) from renewable sources, and are major exporters of electricity to the rest of Europe.
