The draft bill on renewable energies has just been published
The draft bill to accelerate the deployment of renewable energies in France was published in the middle of the summer. It will be put out to consultation before being presented to the Council of Ministers in mid-September.
Although the text is intended to be an electroshock to stimulate all the renewable energy sectors and finally give them the means to achieve their ambitions, self-consumption is not mentioned at all.
