Energie Partagée, which already manages EnRciT, becomes its sole shareholder
EnRciT is an investment scheme designed to work alongside local players (local authorities and citizens) to secure financing for the development of local renewable energy projects.
EnRciT makes equity investments alongside local authorities and citizens' groups in rural and urban areas, mainly in solar and wind power. EnRciT retains its stake in each project until construction is complete. When operation begins, EnRciT gives priority to selling its shares to local players (semi-public companies, the local energy association, etc.).partemental energy association, regional funds), on terms that can be negotiated when the project company is set up.
This makes Energie Partagée a key player in community projects.
