The level of solar irradiation varies from year to year

The level of radiation observed varies according to the different regions of the world that the company has studied (India, Australia and North America) over a ten-year period,

according to Solargis. In India, measurements taken over ten years show irradiation levels up to 7% lower than the long-term average. This can be explained by the impact of pollution in built-up areas. In general, the readings show variations above and below the long-term averages.

These observations are important for power plant owners who want to have high-quality data to manage their plants. In addition, investors need to have increasing confidence in power plants, and therefore need to be aware of the possible variations in these installations.
