The German solar industry association BSW comments on the draft climate protection law. It notes shortcomings, particularly in the feed-in tariffs for roof-top systems and the zoning plan for ground-mounted solar power plants: it considers the suspension of the degressive tariffs for the year 2022 alone to be insufficient to encourage companies or households to equip their roofs. The BSW calls for changes in planning law and separate tenders for agri-voltaic plants.
