A producer of high-efficiency photovoltaic cells wants to make a name for itself: Shangrao Jietai New Energy Technology Co Ltd (Jietai) has signed an agreement to build a plant with an annual capacity of 16 GW in Anhui province, at a cost of RMB 11.2 billion.

Jietai currently offers 210mm, 182mm and 166mm PERC cells.
