Systovi and Voltec to merge
In order to better organise their collaboration, the two French producers Systovi and Voltec Solar have modernised their panels. Hence the release of the DuallPV panel by Voltec
which has higher productivity, increased durability and reduced installation costs. Heterojunction panels will also be launched in mid-2022. Systovi is preparing the release of its new M10 panels.
The two producers have established a large number of contacts with local authorities wishing to equip buildings open to the public, and with large-scale retailers, who are keen to reduce their energy consumption and choose French manufacture.
The project to increase capacity is taking shape, with a strong commitment from private financial partners.

NDLR The merger of the two companies will make it possible to combine human, technical and commercial resources. Instead of two small companies, the two combined should have more resources to face the competition. Alone, they had not been able to increase their size on the market. It is hoped that together they will be able to reduce their costs and increase their turnover.
