Apex Energies is acquired by Macquarie Group

Macquarie Green Investment Group Renewable Energy Fund 2 (MGREF2), a sub-subsidiary of Australian investment bank Macquarie, is acquiring a 90% stake in French independent solar power producer Apex Energies Group. The transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
