E. Macron's revival of nuclear power: a mere electoral statement?

The launch of a new nuclear programme, decided by Emmanuel Macron, provokes multiple reactions. During a televised address, the President of the Republic decided to build new nuclear reactors. Between legal incompatibility, broken promise, democratic denial or ambitious challenge, the reactions did not spare him.
