Petition against Chinese products from Asia rejected
The US Department of Commerce is rejecting a petition to initiate an anti-circumvention investigation of cells and panels imported from Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. This is largely due to the fact that A-SMACC has not made public the names of the petitioners.
