A moderate assessment for COP26
In the flood of studies, reports and statements for COP26, it is difficult to get noticed. The World Solar Council (GSC) and
the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) have stated that 29% of the projected renewable capacity needed to keep the world below 1.5 degrees is missing.
Both organisations represent private companies and wind and solar associations
