Systovi's growing demand for panels

Systovi is currently building a new production line to meet the growing demand for panels,

intended in particular for self-consumption. This is a market segment that is more accessible to French products. François Guerin, CEO of Cetih and shareholder of Systovi, has noted a doubling of orders over the last four months because the company offers a local service, technical advice and high quality products. These panels are the only ones to have a ten-year guarantee from SMA BTP, the main construction insurer.

This demand for self-consumption means that the factory's production capacity must be increased and the power of the panels must be increased to 400 W using M6, M10 and M12 size plates. This new production line will be commissioned in early 2022 with a capacity of around 100 MW per year.

Systovi is aiming for a much higher production capacity with the Belenos project carried out in partnership with Voltec Solar. The regulations are moving in the right direction with stricter 'carbon' criteria for PPE2 tenders. We also need the implementation of the open window, the decree of which is expected in the next few days.

François Guerin is waiting for a guarantee from Bpifrance to support the company's projects, although the project has already received a public commitment from the government.

Cetih's capital changed in July: Chairman Yann Rolland, who owned 50% of Cetih's capital, transferred 40% of his stake to a philanthropic endowment fund, which is a 35% shareholder. This fund will be managed by Yann Rolland and his family. The dividends received will be used exclusively for philanthropy and solidarity associations. The capital is now divided between the philanthropic endowment fund (35%), a strengthened shareholder base involving employees and management (33%), and three investment funds (32%): Ouest Croissance, which was already in the capital, the impact fund Quadia and Tikehau Capital through its dedicated fund T2 Energy Transition which invested €40m. The philanthropic fund and the employees control two thirds of the capital and 83% of the voting rights on the strategic committee.
