Engie to supply 140 MW of energy to Google Germany

Engie will supply 140 MW of carbon-free energy to Google's operations in Germany, with a 7-day supply,

and 24 hours a day. To achieve this, Engie will build solar and wind power plants.

"This is the first time in Europe that a company has guaranteed a 24/7 carbon-free electricity supply on an annual basis from solar and wind generation," said Engie
