Producing hydrogen on water with a floating power plant
The Spanish company Repsol is going to develop a floating pilot project that would produce green hydrogen with photovoltaic panels on the water.
Intended for the port authority of Santander, the project would be completed in December 2023 and would cost 4.5 million euros.
