Editor's note That a small country like Belgium is settling as much as France in the course of 2020 indicates that there is a problem in France. Where does it come from? Because of what?

It should be noted that SolarPower Europe estimates the 2020 installations in the Netherlands at 2.8 GW. Here again, an ambitious and resolute policy has made it possible to install three times as many solar power plants as in France. When will our political and trade union leaders take a self-critical look at this unenviable situation?
