Italy's Enel has big ambitions in RE
With a current capacity of 45 GW of renewable energy, Enel plans to reach 60 GW.
in 2023 (+ 33%) with €17 billion of investments, then 120 GW of RE in 2030 with €70 billion spent over the decade.
At the same time, the group will invest in electromobility, high-speed fibre optic broadband and the flexibility of the electricity network, which will be done in partnership with third parties.
